2005 kawasaki zx10r no start ,it is getting gas when cranking, it pop in and ex ex looking at spark when crankin it ,has to meny rapid orange sparks then what seems to be on time blues, sparks my guess the picup sensor or ecu

SOURCE: No spark, 1988 Toyota Camry 3SFE 4cyl, 5 speed.

there is no crank sensor on this vehicles 2.0L. If you have power to the coil, new coil, cap and rotor try this if not done yet>>>Unplug coil power first....Try pulling off the distributor cap, and make sure the rotor is spinning with the cam...If this fails to spin, inspect the entire distributor assembly. If it passes, Inspect all the power circuit and wiring to the dist assembly, if ok possible ecu. i recommend having a mechanic check it out!! Hopefully this helps...please rate...thanks

Is there any reason that you have not checked the valve lash on the engine?It's really quite simple and if you have misadjusted intake valves the car will never start. Not to mention with while adjusting valves you will have to double check crank and cam timing twice (once at cylinder 1 adjust and once at cylinder 4 adjust)at the same time you will also be abble to watch dist.rotation and again be able to see that the dist rotor is in the correct firing position in junction with cam timing.ANYTIME a honda or acura has belt replaced you will check valve clearances,it changes with different belt tention on end of camshaft. when distributor was replaced was ignitor unit replaced,and coil (both inside dist. housing)replaced at this time?Hondas and Acuras both are notorious for failed ignitors and coils.(intermitantly even)this can result intermitant spark(either of the two) or weak spark when failing coil is problem. you may have spark but how hot is it?And last but not least ,most affordable but extremely coomon mistake...do not ever replace spark plugs on honda with anything but NGK spark plugs,if you use bosch ,bosch platinums you "WILL" see running problems and or no start!!!!!splitfire plugs will be destroyed within weeks in a Honda!And use nothing but a Honda Distributor Rotor. T.E.C is manufacturer of Honda cap & Rotors.You may be thinking to yourself how silly and anal i am about those things but i can say i have seen hundreds of civics,integras,preludes,with no starts,poor performance,etc,with customers"just replaced plugs,cap and rotor,they should be good they were expensive bill at checker said they were the best".hundreds of dollars later and driving out with NGK plugs and honda cap and rotor,lesson learned

Injector pulses are sent from the engines computer. Have that checked out

No start popping in ex spark is funny for I second it is orange and rapid then go to blue slower

You didn't say what vehicle this is but this sounds like a timing or firing order problem the coil may also be going bad. I hope this helps. Take care.

Have a Kawasaki 680 2 Cylinder on a Zeroturn Viper Mower, Have Fore on Both Plugs, Gas going into Cylinders, will not start. Looks like gas is getting pushed back into the Carburetor. Any Ideas ?

Requirements for starting/running are: -

Compression.
Timing.
Fuel.
Spark.
Adequate cranking speed.

Could be there is no spark but checking and eliminating each requirement in a systematic way is the pathway to success.

How do i get a spark on a 1987 cutlass salonI it crank but no spark...it keeps crankin but it wont start...wat could be da problem???

if the coil is known to be good check in the distributor cap whether power is getting there. if it is there must be something wrong with the spark leads.
Essentially you must work backwards from the spark plug tips towards the battery until you find where the transmission of power breaks down. So check for a spark at the plug tips.
if no power check the centre of the distributor cap, and if no power check the coil. at some point you will find power, the problem then, must be between the place you find power and the next step that should go but does not

2005 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R wont start- this is what happens: turn key to "on" position all lights and guages work, the starter will engage/cranks over..im not hearing any sound from fuel pump when key

hi there has this fuel pump been sitting for a while dry if it has it could have seized this up put some fuel in the out end of the pump and see what happens let it soak and check that there is power to it ,even if it has had fuel in them it can be that the fuel has left a sticky brown gunge in the pump which you may be able to wash out ,if not it could mean a new pump as i have had the same problems with other fuel pumps ,cheers pete

My 1995 Vulcan 1500 died while driving, and will not restart. No other problems until this. Bike has gas and cranks but will not start. Looking for advice on where to start.

you say the bike cranks but do you have spark? apart from that check your main fuse ,after that things get tricky and time for a shop to look it over
