Click on the picture and on the next page they have a link to "instruction manual" which should give you all the information you need.

Noblia are made by Citizen watches and you should go to their web site for instructions.

Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical support" and then on "setting instructions"

Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on "get setting instructions"

I was unable to trace the watch you mentioned so I can only offer you an instruction manual.

If you go to "columbia.com" and in the search box at the top right, type in "watches", the next page shows and picture of a watch, click on the link "PDF ..............."
You will then see a long list of instructions which must scroll through to find the one that is for your watch.
