Hi, remove the screw at the rear of the seat. Assuming the bike has the stock seat, lift the rear of the seat clear of the spigot on the fender, pull back towards the back to release the tang at the front of the seat. If the seat strap is still in place, twist the seat and pull it out of the strap. Re-fitment is the reverse order.

the tranny plug is behind the oil spout its usually a big allen head bolt. You should use a quality oil like AMSOIL 20W50 motorcycle oil or AMSOIL gear oil. I have the 20W50 in mine and really like the benifit of not having a pultrolium product in my bike. You can get the AMSOIL online a http://hbsynlube.com/sales. You'll beglad you changed it.
SOURCE: how do you remove battery from dyna low rider
I have an early model and I think they're still the same in that area. There are two bolts on the right side of the battery support. Loosen these two bolts and the battery will drop down a bit allowing you to remove the battery top cover and front cover.
SOURCE: how to remove starter clutch on a 1998 Dyna Low
The starter clutch is an integral part of the starter assembly itself. You must remove the starter and disassemble it to get the "overrunning clutch" out. First take the starter off the bike. Then, remove the two long bolts and take the starter motor off of the drive housing. Then remove the bolts that hold the drive housing together. The overrunning clutch will come out of the drive housing. You will probably have to take the bearings off the original clutch and reinstall them on the new part. Reassemble the starter and reinstall it on the bike.

I haven't looked at a 09 model but earlier models used a 7/16 inch allen key.
SOURCE: were is the oil drain
The oil pan is on the bottom of the transmission. There are two drain plugs on the oil pan. They used to be one on the left front corner and one in the center. Now, they are both on the front edge of the pan right next to each other. The one on the outside is the oil drain plug. The transmission drain takes a hex key or allen wrench where the oil drain takes a standard wrench or socket.
