Is there any way to modify the stock exhaust on a 2001 Suzuki 1500 Intruder LC, to be just a little louder? I do like the look of the stock exhaust.

Yes, Buy a long drill bit and drill holes in rear baffels, I used 3/8 and started with 3 in each then drilled more as needed. But if you want it a lot louder you will have to drill from the front too. The drill bit I have is 18" long. If you can't find one like that you may need to use a drill bit extension.

Changed exhaust did not rejet pops when ideling
If you went to a less restrictive exhaust and didnt rejet and the bike is popping its running to lean. Need to rejet the carbs when you open up the exhaust.
