Well, spending a couple bucks for a service manual from say amazon for example will be the best $$$ you'll spend keeping your ride going. Usually 20-30 bucks I've bought them used from ebay for 10 ish

I don't know the year of your ATV but you probably have electronic ignition. I assume the cam chain has not been disturbed. Based on that, just install a new woodruff key and go riding. The timing is pre set. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

No guarantees but try this. Pull the slide from the throat of the carb. Now move the clip on the jet needle down one notch. This will richen the low end mix. Two notches may be needed but do one notch at the start.
