SOURCE: craftsman 28cc gas weedeater gas line connections

The longest, and sometimes smaller in diameter of the two fuel lines, goes from the carburetor to the bottom of the tank. Leave enough slack in this line so that the filter that attaches to the end will rest comfortably at the bottom of the tank.

The other fuel line goes from the primer bulb to just inside the tank, (about an inch). make sure that you get the right size fuel lines. The plastic coupling goes on the end of this line, inside the tank. This keeps the line from pulling out of the tank.

(HINT): When feeding the lines through the tank holes, cut the lines at an angle. They will feed much easier into the holes. You can than cut them off square, once you know that you have enough to work with.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Jim

SOURCE: GAS LINE PROBLEM

Hi this is the way it should go: 1 from the filter in the tank to the bottom of the carby,2 from the top of the carby to the inlet on the primer,3 from the outlet on the primer back to the tank as this is the return line nothing goes onto it.

SOURCE: removing original fuel filter on 96 grand am

if original, don't worry about the black cap and tabs on the non-threaded end of the filter connection. Unfortunately, you have to literally pull the heck out of it to separate it from this connection. What is holding it in is a metal "barbed" collared sleeve inside the connection. Try using a pliers on the cable side (don't bend or break!) and work the filter off using elbow grease. Not fun, but it worked. The FRAM replacement filter simply snapped right in.

SOURCE: where do I connect the fuel lines on my ryobi weedeater?

I have Ryobi775r string trimmer with walbro WT526 carb. The fuel lines connect 3 parts eg. gas tank, bulb (mine is a separate bulb not part of carb.) and the carb. The bulb has 2 fittings- a short and a long one. The carb also has 2 fittings- one on top (vertcle) and one on the bottom (L shape). The gas tank has two holes in the bottom one for over flow line and the other for fuel inlet to the carb. This has a filter in the gas tank. Now the connections- connect the long fitting on bulb to the tank. this is the overflow. Connect the short fittin on bulb to the carb top (verticle) fitting. Connect the fuel line (with filter - it is in the tank) streight to the L fitting on the bottom of the carb. Make sure the fuel lines are of right diameter. Too big-and you will have leaks. You are done connecting the fuel lines. just for info. the bulb is there just to pull a vavcume in carb so that the fuel is sucked into the carb and is present there when you start the engine. Hope it helps. Good luck.

SOURCE: 2005 FLHRS - FLHRSI Road King Custom: did the 05 road king classic come with or could be...

You could have the dealership install the 103 CI kit if you like but no it didnt come from the factory with that engine in it already, only the CVO bikes such as the FLHRSE and FLHRSEI came with the 103 CI motor installed from the factory.

How to remove harley road king gas tank fuel 2005 model

I have a 2008 Road King Classic (and have had the tank off), so maybe they're similar.
Disconnect the negative lead of the battery.

My dash has a screw under the nose of the seat (which must be removed) and one in the front.
lift dash and unplug harness.

If you have a gas gauge in the left hand gas cap, underneath tank unplug it's connector.

The fuel line has a quick disconnect. Pull fitting, and line unplugs.
There is a check valve inside to keep gas from leaking, but it's a good idea to have a catch cup, just in case some residual fuel flows out.

From there, I have a bolt on each side of the front of the tank, one in the center rear, then lift it off.

2005 roadking custom,backfires a lot

I've heard that this is a common problem. Especially on the fuel injected models. I cannot help you with this problem. I'm afraid that you will have to take your bike to a shop that has the equipment to diagnose your system.

Good Luck
Steve
