Yes, all you need is a remote starter kit, just make sure if your car is stick. That you dont leave it in a gear and then try to start it remotely that can end bad.

If it happens only when it rains it means that water or moisture is getting under the distributor. The distributor needs to be replaced. Good Luck. Let me know how it turns out.
You may need a new ECM/computer. This model car is known for water leaking into the ECM from your air box. The drain hole in the bottom of the box gets clogged and after a while, your ECM gets flooded, because the water has no place to go, but onto your ECM, frying vitale circuits. Check your passenger side floor by the feet to see if its wet.
