Does it get a buzz at around 70 if it does welcome to the world of 4 speed trannies. this is some thing that does happen and as the trannie gets older it will go away as the teeth are getting set into place. you may want to check the level of fluid in your trannie though that may help you out a lot

Exactly what does the output Sensor the one and only speed sensor do on a 1994 Dodge Shadow, 2.5 Engine? Thank you.

Not the speed sensor , misfire ? plug , plug wire etc..... Check engine light on ? Have diagnostic's done on the vehicle ,check misfire counters on mode 6 . Do you know what this is ? If not your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop.

Whining noise

Can you make the noise happen with your foot on the brake, trans in gear, and a little throttle? And does it go away in park & neutral? If yes to both questions you probably have a faulty thrust bearing in the torque convertor. If no to both questions you like have a faulty "input drum to pump cover thrust bearing." Either way the problem must be repaired ASAP or when the bearing fails it will be at the worst possible time, like in the middle of an intersection with a firetruck bearing down on you.

Whine when air conditioner compressor engaged at lower speeds

If it is coming from under the hood(whine)then the ac compressor is either low on oil,or it is about to go out.Sometimes ac compressors will last a good long time, but sometimes they whine right before they lock up.So look for some ac compressor problems.Have a mechanic check it out,but it will most likely need to be changed out(compressor and components).

Speedometer surging. actual speed 40 mph,

Its a loose connection on the speedo cable. its a b*tch to get to. I had the same problem on my truck, it would fluctuate in 5th gear on the highway. i spent the money and had a professional do it.

SPUTTERING WHEN HOLDING 50-60 MPH

Since it ran fine before you "fixed" it, go back over the things you changed. Put the old spark plugs back in it. Double check all spark plug wires and ignition connections. Put the bike in a dark area and run it at night, can you see any arcing anywhere?

Can't go pass 50 mph

what gear are you in? does it go through all the gears? how many shifts do you feel? if you arnt getting through all the gears i would look into the valve body and the tcm also take it to autozone or any parts place and have them try to pull a code from the tcm, this will help diagnose if it is electrical, otherwise it is mechanical, good luck and take care
