THESE PEOPLE DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT BUT ANSWER ANYWAY IDIOTS. I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AND CAN NOT FIND THE ANSWER. IVE TRIED CHANGING ECM, TSSM, FAN, RELAYS AND FUSES CLEANED GROUND SPOTS, PUT NEW BATTERY IN RIGHT IN TO THE KEY FOB. MY BIKE IS A 04 VROD I WISH HARLEY GAVE YOU OPTIONS NOT TO HAVE THIS KILL ALARM ON YOUR BIKE BUT IF THERE IS SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN LET ME KNOW. THERE IS NO POWER TO THE FUEL PUMP FUSE AT ALL THIS IS WHY THE PUMP DOES NOT WORK. RAN A POWER 12V TO THE PUMP PLUG AND IT STARTS UP JUST FINE BUT DOES NOT TURN OFF. CANT JUST DO THAT NEED TO KNOW FROM A HARLEY GUY WHO HAS HAD THIS AND WHAT TO DO TO FIX PLZ THANKS
Though I can't recall what the wire colors are for your bike's turn signals, here's how to figure it out: on the turn signals that you bought, first determine which wire is the ground by removing the light bulb and then checking to see which wire has continuity to the turn signal's metal bulb socket base.
Then find out which wire is the running light and which is the turn signal by hooking the ground wire and one of the other wires to a 12 volt power source. Which ever wire makes the brighter part of the bulb light up is the turn signal - the dimmer one is for the running light.
On the bike, match the turn signal wire to the bike's wiring that is 'hot' with the turn signal switch on. Plug the running light wire from the turn signal into the bike's wiring that is 'hot' whever the key is on. Hook the turn signal ground wire to the bike's ground wire(s).
95 should have an electronic pump alot of times if u take off the gas cap have some one turn the key to on accessorys you can hear the pump kick on,also remove the filter turn the key on see if the gas makes its way down the line or check at the intake(fuel injectors)
