SOURCE: Cam position sensor error.

It's not enough only rebuild yours engine !!!
After new camshaft position sensor instalation and timing perfectly alignment you must scan the engine control computer and erase these error, actually all errors stocked in memory. The best scantool is VAS device used by VW-Audi dealers, VAG-COM by RossTech (cable + software 704.014, 805.01, ... on CD), or also Bosch KTS 540, 570, 670, ...
RESET = erase errors from the engine control computer memory !
Yours engine control computer don't understand if you only replace damaged sensors with new others! Errors still remains in memory affect engine runing!
Best regards!

SOURCE: Yamaha Pewee 50 Has no top end

Absolutely,First thing to do is check to see if the throttle restrictor screw is unscrewed all the way or removed, its on the throttle barrell.Next pull off the exhahst+muffler, they separate in the middle.Look at the exhaust gasket to see if there is a restrictor washer attached to it if so remove the washer by gently prying off with a screw driver.Next look up the exhaust port and check for carbon build- up. While youre there check the piston to see that it hasn't seized(yes they do somtimes still run after seizing but just not well)Also check exhaust pipe where it connects to the cylinder to see if its choked with carbon.Clear these blockages,by scraping/burning out, also same at spark arrestor in the Muffler and muffler connections.99 times out of 100 one of these suggestions will fix your problem(except if you foud it had suffered seizure/worn piston when you checked it)

Do I need a top end rebuild? I ride a 2007 Suzuki LT-Z 400 and losing power at about half Throttle

No, it is either an electrical problem or fuel delivery problem.

Are you positive the fuel lines didn't get reversed? Did the pulse line get hooked back up? can you feel any resistance in the fuel lines when you blow thru them?

Hi, i recently bought a yamaha blaster 200cc quad bike and when i went out on it i forgotten to put some 2 stroke oil in with the fuel tank, and when out on it. now it wont start, please could you tell me...

you probably seized the engine. The piston rings have most likely scored the cylinder wall. At the very least you will have to rebuild the top end. Oversize rebuild kits are available. You will have to have the cylinder bored to a larger diameter to accept the oversize piston kit.

The crankshaft is also lubricated by the oil in the fuel. There is a possibility that the crankshaft is also toast due to lack of lubrication. You will have to tear the engine down (top end) to verify the damage. you could remove the exhaust and look into the exhaust port to view the condition of the piston.

You may be able to find a used engine at a reasonable cost from the internet. Google search.

I am not getting any compression from the engine and exhaust as I try to start it

if you not getting compression you might have to replace the piston rings which means a top end rebuild

1989 fzr 600.if i dont start it twice a week when i do go to start it the plugs faul out.i dont leave the gas on .help

are they oil or gas fouled? if oil and high miles, propbably time for a top end rebuild if fuel then you need to rebuild carbs and get the fuel oil mix correct. I had an old triumph that used to foul the plugs with oil, I crossed the plugs to Bosch brand and only had to change them every once in a while.
