This last video show where the vent line or gas cap is not allowing the tank to vent . He just removed the gas cap and seemed to solve the problem.

hav the choke system inspected-carb probly needs an overhaul-yhere manuals on disassembly of the fuel system and how to soak it in a solvent-be cautius thats a sensitive procedure

well, if it were a car, that sounds like a problem in the battery/alternator. with electronic accessories, the battery would need some type of recharging unit, so, i would still say alternator; although im not a cycle person. if the alternator dies while driving, it could kill fuel pump, and shut off in transit.
