Damage to the spark plug is surely related and caused by a more specific problem , if you could repost a new question with a bit more details on your Honda is running what fuel or mixture your using and exactly which spark plug you are using, or better a photo or video of this burned up plug we could help more.

SOURCE: honda crf 450 05 no spark,fitted new plug no

sounds like you have a bad coil!!! should be mounted under tank or seat,just follow spark plug wire to coil unit. cost about $45.00 used or $85.00 new( e-bay )

I clean spark plug on my 2005 honda it runs for

check to see if you have any seals or gaskets that need replacing, could be fowling plugs due to oil getting into the cylinder

Crf 450 carnt get a spark

The people who rebuilt it should have made sure it ran before giving it back. Check that there are no loose wires, and especially check that the plug which plugs into the black cdi unit is in correctly. Also make sure the coil is wired correctly.

CRF 450 Honda leaking oil through carburetor

it sounds like your valve/rocker cover to spark plug tube seal is folded over or something. My reason for saying this is, because the only place for oil to get into the plug tube is a bad seal to the cover or the spark plug isn't tight? and that hole is for expelling liquid so it doesn't cook the plug into the head
