With this much info, its going to be hard to diagnose... Replace all 3 spark plugs with the correct "surface gap" ones. Make sure the battery is FULLY charged! Check the rotor button and the cap for signs of shorting..(dark streaks or smudges inside the cap). The rotor button and the cap condition are CRITICAL!

SOURCE: Check/Replace spark plugs

You bike might of came with the tools under the seat . Thats all you should need . You might need to remove the fairings and/or gas tank . If you have under 100,000 miles . You shouldnt need new plugs . It dont hurt to check .

Ican only get a very weak spark on all plugs not

Check the security of the coils to the body, remove the coils and sand down the parts where the coil and body contact each other, dab with grease once they're shiny and re-bolt the coil(s) to the body. Also check the connection of the condenser (near the distributor) and all the wiring to and from coils, distributor and battery and check all the HT leads, if the leads are quite old it's a good idea to replace them anyway they're only cheap. Tell me how you get on, will advise further if this doesn't fix it

Hi i have a good spark on all cylinders and carbs are all set correctly but as you sit on bike and look down left hand cylinder is not fireing and keeps flooding

Just because a spark plug fires outside the motor doesnt mean its firing under compression. Start by making sure you have new spark plugs. If that doesnt help then do a compression test on all cylinders and compare.

I nee to wire my 1972 kawasaki 100 2-stroke motorcycle so it run

From the dynamo the current generated to induction coil armed with the appropriate capacitor, for relaying the current it via the distributor,(for timing of spark) high voltage/current, and distributed to each plug/Cylinder & called CDI ( Capacitor Discharge Ignition)..........seems the most practical solution I could come up with .
Hope this 1 sparks, fire's &/or a( no pun intended) thread.....................sodeep

Need exploded diagram of KH 250 gearbox

Best I can do is a 1976 KH250. Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for this 1976 bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. For a full size image go to the Babbit's site. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx

A “very helpful” rating for this answer? Thanks!

Does the ring expander go on the top or bottom ring?

Hi,
In a 2 ring configuration, the compression ring is the top ring, and the expander is the bottom. In the manual, the order of disassembly of the rings, the compression ring is removed off the top first, then the expander.
Hope this helps
