Question about Motorcycles
I got a lexmoto diablo 125cc EFI it very hard to start but when it starts I can get it to idle but not revs up? @
I would first try clogged air filter or exhaust
anything to do with a carb as previous answer stated is totally inaccurate as you stated in your question that it’s EFI
And everyone should know that stands for Electronic Fuel Injection.
That being said
If the baffles in exhaust are loose when you rev the engine the pressure will push baffles to cut off airflow causing the engine to choke itself out

Hi, Gary and the usual suspects are:
1. Severely drained or faulty battery.
2. Faulty regulator/rectifier or high output coil.
3. Faulty power valve, solenoid or installation.
4. Clogged air filter or exhaust.
5. Cracked or incorrect float level.
6. Float needle is not seating.
7. Faulty reed valve.

SOURCE: I have a 1989 f150
I had a 1989 F150 V8 5 speed for 15 years. The TPS is located on the underside of the throttle body and I feel it would get cooked by the engine heat. I replaced it several times, but the symptom was that it would stall while turning corners. An easy check is if the RPM's decrease when you turn on the AC, its not doing its job.

Could be a number of things....but sounds like it might be fuel starvation. Check your fuel filter and maybe replace it. Check and make sure there is fuel flowing to the carb. After that you would have to service the carb.

You probably have a blockage in the fuel system. Check the jets and passages in the carb and clean them out thoroughly. If I remember correctly, there was a mixture control screw on the carb as well, this might need adjustment.
