My 2012 Harley Davidson has a full charge but I get no dash lights when I turn on the Ignition

Neg cable corroded thru.
I bet you have 12v at the battery and less at the other end of the neg cable.
I had the same problem.

using a test light start at the flasher if you find no power there look back to the battery if you have power at the flasher trace the wires back to the turn signal lamps
