Yes I have a 2000 Yamaha roadstar 1600 it tries to start itself with the key off now I'm thinking it's a short but how would you go how would you go about testing it I've replaced also and all the solenoid starter solenoid decompression solenoid the cutoff solenoid I've replaced them all
is the battery flat?.start with that!!..if not..are the battery termanials done up tight on the battery...then check that solenoind termenals are done up...hope this helps
