Hi, to get to the head light bulb you need to take the tiller head apart by removing the screws that go up from the bottom. The top will lift off but be careful not to pull any wires off. This will give you access to the lamp at the front. make sure you replace the bulb with the same type and voltage.

scooter head light reach up above front fender under plastic front end sometimes works on Chinese if not you will have to disassemble a few pieces on the front end.i used to mechanic in a scooter shop but looks from the pics i see just reach up into the space above the front fender and feel for the center wires on the bulbs push in and twist the connector and it pops out. With all bulbs on this lamp being LED the fault has to be the individual bulb. Unfortunately these are not repairable or replacable. Is the lamp still within warranty? If so I'd get it back to BD.
