Sounds like your battery is flat. You need someone to recharge it for you, unless you possess a battery charger. If you do, you must follow the directions exactly. You would be safer to carefully disconnect the Honda battery first before recharging.

Before you spend any money on it make sure the motor will turn over. Take out the spark plugs, put the bike in gear and see if it will roll. If the motor is frozen it will have to be rebuilt and unless you can do that yourself it will cost you more than the bike is worth to have it done.

It is located underneath the seat.
You remove the right hand plastic cover under the seat and you will see another cover which holds relays and stuff.If you remove that too you will see the battery.

Did that and tried to jump straight to the starter and still no spark
Here is a list of possible things to look at: you could check out for damp in the starter motor, the spark cables and the spark plug (damp spay would help). Check your spark gaps and their overall condition, the lead may also be corroded and would benefit from replacement also. Check out the condition of your battery terminal ( do you get a spark from crossing the battery + & - take good insulating precautions here). If you have a voltage metre, you could check voltages at batter and the starter motor to. I would also check at both sides of the starter switch, if you bike has one. I don't know much about your particular bike so some things won't apply. I would be grateful if you could write a quick summery of what you have done so far, it would help immensely.
