What do you mean by overloaded? Do you mead too high of RPM's? Floating the valves can result in the valves hitting a piston and bending one of them or worse.

I have a ZZR 1400 and the neutral light is flashing when in gear what's wrong

Hi, Trevor and the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty neutral switch.
2. A loose bulb in the socket.
3. Faulty wiring from the neutral switch to the light.
4. Grounded neutral light circuit.

I have a 1973 kawasaki 175 enduro that wont start wheat could be wrong

spark plugs, fuel filter, carb, coil, ignition, fuel line. Any of these could be wrong and even quite a few other things could be wrong. More information on what it does and does not do when you try to start it is needed. Does it have compression, does it have spark, does it have clean fuel. Has this been stored for a long time?

The Overload relay may be faulty. Replace the overload relay. Althernatively turn in the UPS to an expert since there is life power in the circuits.

Kawasaki 840079 Green 19.2 Volt Cordless Drill Just stop working

It is possible that you overloaded it in high range and maybe stalled it out. Usually when the motor burns it is from overloading/overheating. If this is a newer tool I would try and take it back for warranty repair and not say anything about the smell. Its worth a try, some of the motors for the cordless tools are around 50-60 dollars
