This is just your idle adjustment. all you have to do is let the engine warm up to operating temp., then raise the idle. you may need to remove your air intake and filter to get to the adjusting screws. they are usually on the side of the carburetor, right in the center. they may be somewhere else though. some carb's have a cable mounted near the carb to adjust the idel. im not familiar with your specific model. but once you determine where the idle screw(s) are, turn them in clockwise with the engine running. go about 1/4 turn at a time until it will stay running without having to give it throttle.
