It's a bad seal of the head gasket. You need a new head gasket and to scrape every particle of debris from the cylinder head and cylinder surfaces that mate with the head gasket. Use the factory specified gasket sealing compound and do a clean job - no blobs or pools of the stuff. The head gasket should lay flat on the surface of the top of the cylinder, and you have to make this surface free of grit, leftover sealant and any other foreign matter before you put the head in place and torque it down. Start with the head bolts just finger tight and then go by the manufacturer's specs for the pattern and amount of torque to be applied. Usually it is recommended that you get to the specified torque amount in stages, going around several times and repeating the torque pattern until you get that maximum rated amount. This will prevent the seal from shifting or warping and should make the gasket seal perfectly. This is the old school method of doing this job. and I have never seen this fail to produce good results. Take your time, be clean, and you will have the results you want.
the answer you gave me is compeletely wrong as i put new head gasket and water pump seals and o rings and replaced all the gaskets and have coolant dripping down behind the fly wheel what can be causing this and where is the coolant dripping from
Ok… let’s look at what you’ve told me. You did not mention the water pump in your first question, and there was no reason for me to ask you. I can only give answers that you provide complete information on.
That being said, the simple fact of mechanics is if you have a coolant leak, there is something wrong with the surface prep you did when you disassembled and reassembled the parts that are involved with the water jacket and the surfaces between the engine case, lower end of the cylinder and the top of the cylinder and the cylinder head – the only places where the water jacket is not sealed. If you are seeing coolant, there is a problem with the mating surfaces and gaskets between parts. This is why you have to scrape the old material off and most advise cleaning the surfaces with solvent to dissolve and remove gasket sealing compound residue. Then you must re torque all the bolts in a manner which puts the pressure evenly around the perimeter of the parts – there is a pattern by which you must do this or you risk warping parts and causing leaks.
I can’t redo this job for you, but you must or the leak will persist and get worse. If your bolts are not evenly torqued you can also crack parts and when those parts include crankcase, cylinder and cylinder heads you are going to be spending a lot of money.
So before you criticize the advice I have given you, try doing the work and see if it does not clear up the problem before you declare my information no help. After all, if you were an expert you wouldn’t be asking for my help. I’ve owned and worked on motorcycles since 1967 and I think I understand this subject well enough to help you. It looks like to me you just read what I said and did nothing more. If you don’t do the work I can’t be responsible for your results.

The Problem, My friend, is a leaking oil cooler. this item is mounted, inside the engine, under the intake manifold. The cooler or the connections are bad. Coolant flows through the cooler, if it brakes then the oil will contaminate your coolant and make a mess.!! Have it checked. Must times is the seals at the pipe to cooler flange connector. will need new seals.. Hope this helps.

might be the thermostat housing to as its right above the water pump. the best bet would be to pressure test the cooling system and inspect to see where its coming from
