Need a manual for a power commander V - Power Motorcycles

DON'T just randomly cut wires! The Power Commander is linked into the bikes ECU (it's brain), Fuel injection system and in some cases the ignition system so cutting wires could turn into a VERY expensive mistake. If you have no experience with bike electronics pay an auto electrician or bike tuning specialist to remove it for you.

You can adjust the settings and preferences by opening Voice Commands menu. Using this menu, you can change to off,
or go to Menu > Settings > Accessibility and turn off all forms of Readout. Once this settings is updated, power off phone for 1 minute and test.

and is caused by a double failure
the Fuel pump relay is bad and the power to it is stuck on.
very bad.
my online FSM has no schematics. its too new.
you need a real fsm or get help;
$4 day pass, see the pump, relay and power feed there.

these new cars with 14 computers are hard to diagnose.
the PCM sends a command to shut down pump, and can be ignored
the conundum is, did it send the command, did it get lost on the CANbus network or was the relay module asleep.
welcome to the digital age....

on the older Sx4, the key switch (ign. key) kills power to the pump relay and even if the relay welds closed, the pump will go down
key off, on new cars, even the key sends out commands. on the network (canbus)
im trying to build some cheap tools for this.... to see if the commands
were even sent.
is your car still under warranty? Suzuki is chapter 11.. so finding
dealers is a problem, in usa and now canada.
id sell it. but that's me.

Instructions

1. • 1 Remove the rear cowl using the ignition key. Use the 5mm Allen key to remove the two bolts securing the seat to the frame. When the bolts are out, lift up at the back and remove the seat.
     
   • 2 Remove the prop fuel tank prop rod from the rear storage area. Lift the back of the fuel tank and support it with the prop rod.
     
   • 3 Unplug the fuel injector wiring harness connector. This is a white connector that has wires coming from the fuel rail and connects to the main wiring harness.
     
   • 4 Locate a spot in the rear storage area to mount the Power Commander unit. Clean the spot using brake cleaner and a rag. Mount the Power Commander unit to the spot using the Velcro tape supplied with the Power Commander.
     
   • 5 Route Power Commander's wires along the frame rails towards the front of the bike. The wires from the Power Commander have two connectors. Plug each connector from the Power Commander to the white connector you unplugged in Step 3. The connectors will only plug into each other one way.
     
   • 6 Lower the fuel tank and reinstall the seat. Start the engine and follow the procedures for programming the Power Commander according to the instructions in the manual.

Hold the "Enter" button along with the numeric button for the command mode you selected in Setup. This will reset the remote to work in the command mode you selected (also lets you get back into System Menu to try other command modes).
