Make sure the person isn't allergic to bee stings first. Severe reactions may need epinephrine, for example with an Epi-Pen. Remove the stinger, wash the area with soap and water, place ice or cold compress over the affected area. It can take two or three days for the pain to dissipate or disappear. Also the pharmacy caries a Bite and Sting Relief swab or wipe. This product does help provide temporary pain relieve.

Bee stings
can be very uncomfortable and painful and for some people who are allergic to
them - very dangerous. The first
thing to do is to remove the sting as quickly as possible. You can use your
fingers or tweezers. It doesn't matter how it's done. People who
know they are allergic to bee stings should carry an Epipen with them and if
they should be given it straight away and not wait for symptoms of an allergy
to appear.
If the person is having an anaphylactic
reaction, emergency services should be called immediately as this can be life
threatening.
