For weak inconsistent spark. The issue may be the ignition coil. Please be sure that you are describing the symptoms well. Do you have a test light and a multimeter? Testing the wires to the coil is not bad. Besides the CDI unit. The ignition system is simple. Tell me what tests you have run and what has passed so far. Everything that passes narrows down the search. Good Luck.

Check the wires to the plug with a meter to be sure they are ok. If they are then you should check to see if there is a hall sensor on the crank shaft.

My 01 zx6r ninja wont start

Make sure you are getting a solid spark to the plugs - Take out the plugs and leave them sitting on the head, turn over the engine and see if you are getting a strong blue spark. If not, I'd say your CDI unit needs replacing (Capisator Discharge Ignision)

Kawasaki ke175 two stroke no spark

Make sure you have a good ground on the coil and all wires are good. If all is good maybe a problem with the stator

Kawasaki zx 6r, no ignition spark from plugs. Coils get 12 v. it seems that cdi is working as griund seems to be cut when trying to star. I have checked the plugs against motor and frame.

check your spark plugs leads
the CDI unit need to be tested for power and make sure that no wires are touching the frame as this could stop your ignition .
the cut off switch could be faulty too .
check all power sources around your motor as a wire could easely burned and earth itself .

Kawasaki Ninja 1000RX ´86

Probably a gas delivery problem to the carbs. Check the lines and check for a filter in the line or at the carbs. Something is stopped up and it can't get enough gas to go any rpms.

19-95 KLF300 ATV Kawasaki 4x4 no spark put new ignitor unit on.

You said the motor cut out and popped and backfired when it quit, this is almost always one of two things; either the low speed pulse coil or the actual CDI "black" box. You will almost never lose a main coil. One thing I would also check to make sure did not happen is shearing a flywheel mag key. When the motor backfires you can easily shear a mag key if you have a heavy flywheel, (external). However when this happens you don't usually lose spark but it will certainly cause the backfire.
One other item of importance is that the bike you are in question about does not emit a bright spark when you are checking for fire. Make sure you are using a brand new plug and ground it on the head. Try to make sure you are in a dark environment when you check the spark.
