I suggest you stick with the stock tire size. If you don't, the speedometer will not read correctly. With a smaller tire if the speedo says 65 you will really be doing 55 or so. The actual mileage driven will be off as well. The lower profile tires also do not cushion the rim as well. The spokes are more likely to get out of whack. It is also harder on the brakes since the brake disk is spinning faster to go the same distance as a stock tire would be turning.

SOURCE: does anyone know how to program the keyless remote

The HD alarm is REALLY complicated. 10 pages in the manual. I'd have the dealer order you an owner's manual for about $20. If you just can't start the bike, one long push on the remote sets it and 2 quick clicks turn it off.

What is specified front fork oil capacity for a 2014 street glide

2014 Service Manual says "Pour slightly more than 24 oz. (710 cc) Type 'E' HYDRAULIC FORK OIL directly into the fork tube." so you are going to need at least 48 oz for both.

If you changed from the proper engineered stock wheel and have not had the ABS reprogrammed this would be why but H-D will only have an ABS program for their deswigned part combinations in any case.
