Will either be bad ignition coils or a fuel delivery problem. If the coils have never been replaced they have well and truly outlived their service life. Once they get tired they will break down under load and not be able to maintain constant spark. Also check your plug lead caps and make sure they are connected properly. Hi and welcome to FixYa,
To my knowledge, there would only be 3 wires needed from the handlebars that affects the engine:
The first 2 would go to the interlock plus the neutral wire and the sidestand wire. The interlock then sends signals that starter motor can turn and that CDI can fire.
As to the ignition coil, 1 wire is IGN B+12 while the other would go to the CDI and should pulsate when cranking or engine running.
Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

check the kill switch and side stand interlocks betcha one is sticking
SOURCE: 2003 kawasaki ninja 250 stalls and bogs
Stalling is usually caused by water on the fuel tank. Drain the carburetor, better... clean it. Blow air on the jets and needles. Drain the main fuel tank and check for water residue (brown)... siphone the fuel back to the tank. assemble and install the carburator and you'll be off to a cleaner burn. Also, make sure that the spark plugs are cleaned.

If it was flooded it should resolve itself after a short amount of time stood, left alone. Have u checked the spark plugs etc are still connected properly. Maybe you knocked the engine cut of switch when you dropped it, should be a red switch on the throttle side of the handlebars.
