You could have provided make, model and age of your units - but without that information, little can be done to intelligently assist you.
you may need assistance from the manufacturer - I am a retired electronics specialist - and, just helped a neighbor with his - he and his wife were so frustrated, they were about to throw stuff at each other. Following the factory setup instructions, we reached a point of 'process failure' and could go no further. Called and worked with the factory technician and, following the same steps 5 times - - - with him on the phone - - - revealed that the unit was defective and wouldn't connect to his cellphone. warranty replacement is now in process for them.
