SOURCE: Marker lights, tail lights and dash lights do not work
I had a similar nagging problem once, though I do not recall the dashlights being involved. For me, the lines from the brakes went up the steering column to the turn signal. I pulled the wheel and inspected all the connections, and just like that everything worked again. I believe I could have tugged on the wiring harness without pulling hte wheel and obtained the same results.
SOURCE: 2003 dodge durango #4 fuse keeps blowing,
OK there is a short in your car
take all the light bulbs out of the light that trigger the problem this break the current place one bulb in at a time checking that the fuse has not blown this will pin point where the problem is
once you find the problem you can replace the socket as it may have started to corrode check for water
once you replace the socket you should not have a problem
if you do let me know

SOURCE: tail lights and marker lights stay on
On my 2004 Impreza ther is a switch on top of steering column that turns those lights on all the time. Look for that switch.
SOURCE: Headlights stopped working
it is your DRL module they malfunction and therefore your headlights stop working. i disconnected my relay located in the dash where your radio is and i can then manually turn them on the only problem with that is that i cannot locate the module itself
SOURCE: Blows fuses when parking lights are turned on. Headlights work fine even running lights.
If it only happens when you turn the switchto the parking lights then it is most likely the swich that is the problem. Light swich failure appears to be a common fault with fords
