If you're letting the clutch out and it wont move, your most likely somehow stuck in 2 gears together somehow. If it just won't go when you let the clutch out and the engine just revs, your clutch isn't engaging. If low enough on oil in the primary, you likely would have blown something in the primary long before now. You would have heard the grinding a long time ago.

Air in the brake curcuit would cause this situation. If the brake feels spongey, it IS air. Have it rebled.
