SOURCE: Znen Scooter Headlight keeps burning out!!!!
sounds like you have too much voltage coming out from your battery, mabey a faulty regulator. The easiest way to test this, is to get a multi - meter, and check the volage output at the battery, with the engine running, at idle should read about 12.5 - 13 volts. Then rev the bike up, and seeif the reading changes, it should not go more than 13.8 or 14 volts max. If it does, then i say you have a faulty regulator/ rectifier.

hi,sounds like your voltage regulater has failed,it is supplying to much voltage to the bulb and causing it to burn out,if you dont have a voltmeter take the bike to a garage and check the voltage ,with the bike running at about 2500rpm,the meter shouldnt read more than about14.2-15.0v,if it does, that means it is faulty, hope this helps...cheers

if the switch is broken there would be little point in just replacing the lever
new switches will come with a new lever
