2000 Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic lost all electrical power

Lost electric power to everything on a 2000 heritage Softail and can't find problem can anyone help???? PLEASE!!!! I turned the ignition switch on everything lit up fuel pump primed I hit the start button it cranked over one time and I lost all electrical power to everything like I disconnected the battery. I checked battery it's at 12.5 volts cleaned terminals checked fuses all well-checked ignition switch its getting 12.50 volts when off 0.20 in the on position 0.00 in acc position does anyone know if these readings on the switch are good or are the switch bad?? Can anyone please help me??

Have you checked all your grounds sometimes you a loose ground will not or will lose connection on the ignition switch you should have two hot coming in and then when you turn it on and energizes the switch as long as you still have battery voltage there when you hit the start button you should be fine but start with your grounds for

SOURCE: LOST ALLLL ELECTRICAL POWER, ONLY POWER IS AT THE BATTERY AND TO THE STARTER 12.67 VOLTS

near the battery you will find a box with fuse links in, one of them
will have blown, you can bridge it temporary with a piece of wire until you get the new one from your local dealers.hope this helps

check kill switch circuitry its located near the start button asembly.

you have a shut off button in the trunk find it turn it off and turn it back on

There is a 30amp circuit breaker between the ignition switch and the starter.The charge wire from the voltage regulator goes to that same circuit breaker. There is also a 15 amp fuse in the fuse box for the ignition circuit. Double check battery cables making sure the contacts are free of corrosion. Good luck.

This question also edited for clarity and moved to model category.

As stated, it isolates various electrical items when the ignition is off and key removed. You say 'system relay fuses', a relay is an electronic switch that uses a small amount of electrical power at low amperage to switch a much larger amperage current. It isn't a 'fuse'.

It's located behind breaker box you have to lay on ground and their are 2 10 mm bolts that hold on black fender in front of rear tire remove those and lift up the top just hooks on and slide all the way down following contour of tire and then you can see inside ant their will be a little box with two studs and wires on each post that is your 30 amp breaker

You should have your engine codes read to pinpoint exact problem location. It may be faulty sensor or other electrical problem or leaky vaccuum
