Hi, Jill excellent question, before I begin let me address motorcycles with valves and seats designed to run on leaded fuel issue, you can run unleaded fuel without a lead additive with no problem just replace the valves and seats with ones designed for unleaded fuel the next time you need a top end overhaul. In extremely rare cases some higher compression engines will ping using the highest octane graded unleaded fuel available in these cases the use of a lead additive or aviation fuel is recommended. Octane rating is a measure of a fuel's ability to resist 'knock'. The octane requirement of an engine varies with compression ratio, geometrical and mechanical considerations and operating conditions. The higher the octane number the greater the fuel's resistance to knocking or pinging during combustion.
The recommended octane rating for most motorcycles is usually octane 87, but be sure to check your bike's owner's manual. Ordinarily, your motorcycle will not benefit from using an octane higher than recommended in the owner's manual. However, some motorcycle models have high-compression engines and electronic controls, which are designed to benefit from the greater power output and improved fuel economy of high-octane fuel. Since octane requirements can vary with operating and environmental conditions, your bike may need a higher octane fuel than recommended to prevent knocking.
Bottom line, use the lowest grade octane that gives you acceptable performance without knocking or pinging.

Hi can someone tell me the crankshaft shaft stump in mm. to fit a upgrade variators kit on a generic xor 125 cc 4 stroke scooter 2016 model?

Impossible to know something like that. It is not a spec. Take it to a local engineering shop and ask them to measure with a micrometer.

Hello my cpi Aragon GP 125. Model 2012 when been on a run sometimes the carb spits petrol back through the air filter.l have to disconnect the air filter to empty it, then it will start again.??

Hi, Bryan spitting is usually caused by a faulty accelerator pump and or nozzle, or the float bowl needle and seat leaking and overflowing through the main jet mixing well nozzle, or the air-fuel mixture screw is set to lean. I have a pioneer receiver and my fuses had blown they say 125 v 6.3 A I went to radio shack to get them replaced and they sold me some that said 125 v 7 A and I put them in and they blew

The new fuses that you got have a higher rating than before - and they also blew. Tells you that you have a nasty short somewhere. I would check the power supply and/or output circuits.

Hi, I put diesel on my honda Pantheon and need to know how to drain the diesel out and replace it with normal petrol.

Remove the petcock at the bottom of the tank and carefully drain the diesel into a suitable container. You may wish to add a little gasoline to the tank and slosh it around then drain that too. This will help to remove any diesel residue remaining .

2010 Peugeot 207 gearbox drain/filler/level bungs

The drain plug is situated on the final drive casing at the rear of the transmission (plug may need a square or hex drive wrench).

There is no level plug - the correct qty of oil must be measured and then poured in.
If Petrol 1.9 ltrs, diesel 2.0.

The oil is 75/80w.

I have a DVR-520H (Pioneer) and can´t record programs from my DECO (Pace DC550D) with hight channels. A last channel available is 125. Could you help me? Regards

Tell the PIONEER to "rescan" the channels, and be sure to scan for "digital" channels, so see if channels above 125 can be detected.

Hello, i have a yamaha dt 125 r motorcycle and I have a problem release the front chain gear because the whole engine turns while i am trying to remove the nut from the gear.W hat should i do?

Did you try an impact driver? How about putting the bike in low gear? If not, just get a breaker bar on there an whack it with a brass hammer. I'm pretty sure it is a right hand thread. Hope this helps.
