Same problem here 2007 ultra classic changed crank position sensor still no luck

what year? ON my 2007 Ultra - to turn it on is the uppper left button while radio is on, then while the screen is up for the intercom then you can either adjust the front volume or the rear (from the rear adustment) using the same button as the raido volume
The Vox sensitivety is set from the right side of the lcd screen using two buttons on that side

I had the same problem & fixed it by putting some heat proof matting behind the heat shealds. Still a bit hot but a lot better
