My 1987 Suzuki 250 quad racer will not crank it keeps flooding out and keeps failing my plug out It will not hit at all

Sounds like the float in the carburetor is stuck. Its inside the bottom of the carburetor inside the bowl. The bowl is just the bottom cover of the carburetor..its an empty bowl shaped bottom that fills with fuel...controlled by position of float that works essentially like a fishing bobber. Remove bowl and press the float up and down it should move freely. If there is any resistance or float does not drop down with bowl removed. The pin that holds the float in place needs to be removed and cleaned. I would also wire brush out the bowl and spray it, the float and float pin with carburetor cleaner. You do not need to disassemble the rest of the carburetor to check and clean the float. In the picture the float is #2, float pin #12, I think there are four bolts #14 that hold the bowl on.

2000 marauder leaks gas out of overflow tube on the carberater only when starting or running

the floats in the bottom of the carb need adjusting the are to low

floatlevel3.jpg

When setting the float level be aware that the spring loaded bumper on the fuel inlet needle valve may have a tendency to compress under the weight of the float assembly which will skew your measurement. Before you obtain your measurement you'll need to make sure that the float assembly tang just barely makes contact with the spring-loaded bumper. Sometimes it is easier to hold the carb body at a 45-degree angle to avoid compressing the spring in the fuel inlet needle.

If you find that your measurement does not match your float level spec then you can carefully bend the float assembly tang to achieve your desired measurement. Be sure to recheck your work, and if you feel confident that your float level is spot on then you can reinstall your carb and get back to riding.

Gas leake from Air vent hose ( rear carburator) Suzuki Marauder VZ800 2002

If you mean that fuel runs out of one of the vent lines, note that one of those lines is for overflow from the carb bowl. If this is what is happening, you might have corrosion or dirt making your float needle stick, and overflow fuel to that carb. It needs to be cleaned out by removing the bowl, float and float needle.

Just looking for a mechanics manual to clean out the carburator. for some reason if it sits for a week or two it clogs up. Have taken it to the shop twice and been charged $270 each time for a carb...

The biggest thing you should do is find out why the carbs keep getting clogs in them. Most likely, there is some type of residue in the fuel tank. That must be checked first before you spend any more money on cleaning the carbs.
After cleaning the tank, cleaning the float bowls is simple. Just remove the four screws holding the float bowls on and the float bowl will be free. Clean any residue from the bowls then run fuel through the lines to purge the 'bad' stuff from them before reinstalling the bowls.

Cleaning carbs on Suzuki GS650 L, what is the float setting?

to check the float height, invert the carb body holding the float arm pin so the pin will not slip off. With the float arm kept free, measure the height it should be 22.4 + or - 1.0mm
This is what the shop manual says.
basically what that means turn the float bowl upside down and keep the bottom of the float even with the edge of the bowl.
