Always best to buy parts direct from the manufacturer in Taiwan. If you just lost the 2 keys, you could ask a locksmith to just make you a new pair. A Kymco dealer should be able to supply replacement keys based on the lock number.
Check all wiring connections and especially those on the battery, starter, and starter solenoid(if seperare from battery). Hi Henry try draining the carb there is a screw on the very bottom of the float bowl open it there might be some water in the fuel. If this doesn't work the carb needs a clean out. Regards Jim...
when you go for the 600 mile check up, tell the dealer the crackling noise is expanding and contracting of new exhaust , and change the oil dino oil for the first 1500 miles, then you can change to full syn., and change the oil hot after a good ride
