If you have no power to your starter, it will not start. Check the positive battery cable going to the starter and make sure it is tight and not burned.
Try shorting across tha 2 large terminals on the solinoid and note if the starter motor runs, if so maybe you can open and clean the starter solinoid or else if it is press sealed you need to change it. If the starter motor does not run when shorted change the motor. Be carefull sparks will fly!
