What year is this Bike? Most motorbikes in the Kymco price bracket often use common 'Generic' parts that fit a lot of different brands of Asian motorbikes. You might not be able to get a Kymco specific part but there will be aftermarket options available, usually online. Most good bike parts shops can usually source something to do the job.
The clutch cable should be flexible enough to be pushed away from brake pedal and you can use a small cable tie to keep it out of the way, a quick and cheap fix
Always best to buy parts direct from the manufacturer in Taiwan. If you just lost the 2 keys, you could ask a locksmith to just make you a new pair. A Kymco dealer should be able to supply replacement keys based on the lock number.
its not likley to be the battery its the charging systen on the bike thats faled on you check the regulator is working then all the fuses are good ones
