The charger socket is at the back of the Lil rider under the top box. If you go online and type in Lil Rider there is a You Tube video showing assembly. At 7:30 mins in the seat is fitted and the presenter lifts the Bike and shows the charge socket. I don't think this is exactly the model you have but I would hope there is not too much difference.
Check the voltage of battery inside to know its type and voltage ratings. The battery chargers can be bought from most of the electronic spare part selling shops at your town.
