Hi I purchase a 2001 sporster custom.It came from SOCAL in the USA.The head light doest work;The fuse was blown;When I change it the minute I turn on the ignition it blows the fuse.

The positive wire to the head light is short circuiting somewhere remove the headlight and follow the wire back to its origin, check the condition of the wire and whereever it makes contact with metal surfaces it may be getting pinced some where in the wiring harness, worst case scenario the headlight relay is bad and must be located and replaced. Could be the back light.
Depends on who did the customising as to what sort of dial you have and how it is wired.

Hi, first, keep in mind a few things. When checking your power, you will want to check it with the light switch on. Next, do your high beems wrk? I would check your switch.

Rear signal lights do not work, two main fuses under seat are okay, need to know where any breakers are located for 2001 HD Sporster. Thank you.

When i turn on the head light it doest light up

Check and confirm, that headlight bulbs are glowing.If the bulb itself is faulty, it will not light.If bulb checked out, ok, then other possibility can be headlight fuse in the engine compartment fuse box.There are two 15a fuses located in the fuse holder assembly on the driverside engine compartment.Check both this fuses.Also check the relays in the fuse compartment.-------- If any of the fuse or relay is blown, replace that and see.But if all fuses and relay checked ok, then its quite possible that problem is with head light switch itself.Its getting short.------------

Head stopped working, AC T1.6 fuse immediately breaks when head is switched on

It is likely either a diode or capacitor has failed in the power supply OR much less likely is one of the final power tubes has a short.
Continuing to replace fuses MAY cause further damage to components. Take unit in for repair.

look for wire connector under seat,make sure it good to go,check ALL fuses.make sure ground to this circuit is good.Check those bulbs.

Power Lock doesn't work

i have a 2001 sienna xle,,, the power locks fuse box is under the dash to the left of the seering wheel behind the change holder..... changing the fuse should reactive the locks....also u have three fuse boxes under the hood..good luck
