what is the fuel pressure? check fuel filter to see if it is plugged

check the valve clearance adjustments indicates that the clearance is no exixtent when hot and the poor running is from the valves not seating properly

You have to have power to the brake switch and the key switch to release the park solenoid.
There is an 80amp fuse and a 50amp fuse that powers the key switch.
Have you checked them to see if they have power ?

If you are paying someone to do the work. It is cheaper most times to replace the engine. If it were mine I do the work and would fix the engine. Depends on the damage also. You wont know until you get it apart. It can scar up the piston top and be ok. If it scars up the valve seat in the head, the head is trashed. If something broke and scars up the cylinder walls to badly it is trashed

Wiper nut needs tightened. At the end of the wiper are there is a nut covered by a black cap. Just remove the black cap and tighten.

you have a sticky tranny valve... they have a conditioner fluid to help w/this make sure your tranny cooler in the raideator is woorking first...
