knocking usually means a spun / burnt bearing [rod knock ]

That is a jet size issue, they must have been changed.

Use the "circle-tick-doubletick" key located just above the "ENG" key. For example, to enter 12 degrees 34 minutes 56 seconds, press 1 2 tick 3 4 tick 5 6 tick. See page 15 of the manual: http://support.casio.com/pdf/004/fx115MS_991MS_E.pdf

Try to adjust all valve clearance to specs...

3 k is getting into intermediate circut id check the needle & this area of carb personaly id drop the bowl & clean all gets & bowl area. if that does not help remove card % clean all passages.. I have found great help at harleytalhing.com..its a forum...good luck..

• connectors (likely)
• pulser coil (least likely).
