Probably getting water in the electronics and shorting out
take it to a service dealer and see if there is a weather proof system that can be fitted
spray the areas with silicone spray or use crc liquid wax to seal off water affected electronics

SOURCE: unable to get first gear.

I understand that Honda's have this problem when they warm up. Try slowing down a bit more before shifting into first. Also, ensure you are kicking it all the way down past neutral. If the problem occurs from a standstill, try rocking the bike back and forth in neutral as that sometimes does the trick.

SOURCE: spark plug locatio on derbi senda 50cc

The spark plug is located at the top of the engine under the tank. It is the rubber plug cap (usually black) located in the middle of the cylinder head that you must pull off to get at the spark plug

SOURCE: i have a derbi senda r xtreme 50cc, it only starts

Sometimes it stats and runs, this clears that there is actually, not the problem. But suddenly it will not star, his indicates problem with connections, either something i getting loose or short. You need to test h voltage to battery, stator[voltage regulator] and starter when you face this no start problem. IF all this parts show correct voltage, then inspect fuel pp n spark plug voltages.IF that also checked ok,then get the, ignition system checked, ignition start switch is getting Short and check compression for ignition cylinders ,if compression differs on any cylinder then that is the problem and needs to be replaced.-------- Getting, this possibilities checked will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
