2007 hyosung gt650r. It wont turn over anymore. Checked spark plugs and coils, peacock and carburetor hoses are good. New battery. Any suggestions?

Take the carburetor to a qualified professional and have him clean and set it.. You need to adjust the cable tension. If you have replaced the lever, the clutch actuating arm end of the cable may have come loose.

Tune up.

has spark? has fuel going to carb? if you smell gas from the muffler or carb then it not burning check for spark pull plug touch away from the hole so you don't ignite the vapors on the engine look for a great blue red spark

Fuel from the tank is not being delivered to the engine. Trace the hose from the fuel tap down to the carburetor (fuel injector) and remove the hose. Fuel should run freely in a thin stream from the hose while the fuel tap is 'on'. If nothing or almost nothing, check the filter screen in the fuel tap for plugging--soak in spray-can-carburetor cleaner for a while, then retry fuel from the hose.
