Its been a while since I've seen a two stroke scooter but usually there is a oil tank that you keep full and the scooter takes that oil and mixes it with the fuel worry free. You don't have to pre-mix it like weedeaters and chainsaws. Just make sure that oil tank is always full. I found this manual:

On page 5, it shows where the oil tank is and on page 34, it states in a footnote on the bottom of that chart, that they specify synthetic oil. Keep a bottle of two stroke oil in the storage compartment at all times and check when you refuel. The engine will over heat and lock up if you forget to keep the oil filled.
