I have a 2003 Predator 500 put all new electrical parts on it there is no kill switch on it and it's not getting spark

Hit the shut off button since no spark

1. Place the transmission in first gear

2. Rotate the lockout switch forward to unlock reverse gear

3. Shift into reverse gear

When you shift back out of reverse gear, the lockout switch will reengage automatically to prevent accidental shifting into reverse

First be sure to check oil level if you haven't. Many have a low level shut off switch. If the level of oil gets below a certain point it can shut off. Just a thought.

If you have a 2005 ATV A05GJ50AA PREDATOR 500 and a 2003 same size..then YES, the flywheel is part# 30878055 and WILL fit in either model

if you have a both PREDATOR 50 or 90 the the flywheel is the same as well for either year.. part#...0450525

Check the side stand kill switch. It kills the engine so that you don’t start out with the side stand down. If broken or out of adjustment, it would kill the spark. Check for a broken wire at the side stand switch and coupler. Try moving the kill switch by hand. If that doesn’t work then wire a jumper around the switch to bypass it. Check the fuses. How good is the battery? Try a jump start from your car battery. Is the handlebar kill switch on? Check the operation of the ignition switch and all kill switches with a volt ohmmeter. Also check the wiring harness for loose and/or dirty connections. Look for bad plastic connecton blocks and abraided wires.

I hope you got this problem fixed, just happened to my predator, it was indeed the voltage regulator. I picked up a service manual that includes part numbers and installation procedures from www.promanuals.net for 15 bucks.
