How do I derestric the top speed limiter

Probably you will need to get a ECU remap done to overwrite the restrictive map as you don't specify the make and model to give a better answer

How do I adjust ZZR1400 valve clearence

The valve lash adjustments on these bikes are done with shims on a COLD engine.
Intake valves 0.15-0.20
Exhaust valves 0.22-.0.27
Check the specs on your emissions sticker to confirm...California bikes are subject to change.
If you are not familiar with timing marks and adjustment procedures, i recommend you buy the manual and follow the steps outlined, the illustrations are also a big help.
Good luck, i hope this helps.

I am looking for cylinder head, rod end and main bearing bolt tourqes for a ZZR1400 2006 model

A service manual is a valuable tool with an aging bike. I suggest the dealer/mfr. or Clymer books. In the meantime, go to the library reference section...646 stacks should have what you need.
