What is the spark plug gap specs for a 2000 moto guzzi v11 jackal

Too much fuel perhaps from the injector. Go to guzzitech.com and follow up there.

Please check with your Moto Guzzi dealer for these parts.

There could be several issues. The original kill switch has a small copper earth tab that makes contact with the handle bar. If that is corroded/damaged it could cause the issues you described. I had this on my 79 1000SP. I replaced the kill switch with a modern one for a V11 Sport. I also replaced the ignition switch. A new ignition switch is cheap to buy. That stopped these problems with my SP. This assumes that all other main electrical connections/cables on your bike are i good condition.

Would need a bit more info, but here is a owners manual see if it will help you out.

High temp from stop and go or stop and creepcould cause stalling, Check cooling system, oil condition and level. Make sure battery is in good condition.

Follow the + wire on the battery. The first thing it goes to is the relay. It should be close to the battery
