Vfr 400 nc30 gear problems its fine when i gear up but when i gear down sometimes its stuck when i gear down than i must gear up again to gear it down problem?????

there is a tool that will replace the threds in the striped out holes its called a hellecoial? tool its kind if a spring that winds its self into the old threds there ok on plug holes but for brake disks hmmm??? dont know about that! i would get a new wheel, and i think 20nm it far to tight as well, they only need to be niped up tight, not done up with a wacking big bar!

on my old cbr you have to take the fairings off...and then there is to bolts that hold it down.

replace fluid go to a heavier grade

sounds like you head gasket problem or maybe cooling system needs to be bleed.

Check the side stand switch with an ohmmeter. Also check all the other kill switches. Check for proper operation. Got a good battery? Get new stock NGK spark plugs. Check the wiring harness. Look for wires that are broken or pinched, unplugged connectors, loose connections, dirty connections, loose wires, abraded wires.
