The timing chain jumps when i turn the engien

check cog teeth ok and the chain guides are located properly , also that the chain tensioner is not stuck , some have adjustable ones or fixed so check these !

Hi I just bought 2nd hand roadwin 125cc. Its looks cool in term of outlook but the condition is not so..I'm having problem with the sprocket when ever I change gear, It will make a sound like the chain is...

Hi, sounds like your front sprocket may be near toothless, which will make the chain slip if it's bad enough. You should be able to check it by eye, obviously check the rear as well. Also check the rear sprocket hub and wheel for any play. Lastly the vibration could be from tight spots in the chain, rotate the rear wheel & check the chain adjustment every 6 inches or so, if probs with sprocket or chain, they'll have to be replaced, hope this helps :)
