How to replace the factory cam chain tensioner on rear cylinder on Kawasaki Vulcan VN 750 motorcycle

Kawasaki Vulcan VN 750 (no year 84 to 2006?)
just the tension-er not the chain?
there are 4 guide front and 4 guides in the rear. 8 total
well first make sure all chain adjusters are not jammed and set correctly.
I you look at the cylinder heads and all there, you see there are no covers that cover over the chain.
It is all just closed cylinder and head that has some top access..
a the the very least, the valve covers pulled and both cams rear pulled to get there.... see my photos.

3 photos, guides, cycl, and head
